   Shotodol IT is an IT firm and training center in Bangladesh providing digital services, freelance outsourcing solutions, and professional skill-based training. Our services may include Digital Marketing, SEO, Facebook Marketing, Email Marketing, YouTube Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Design & Development, and Hardware & Networking.
2. Eligibility and User Responsibility
   By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate information during registration, enrollment, or communication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Services and Training Enrollment
   Service scope, course content, training duration, class schedules, and requirements may vary and may be updated at any time. Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment (if applicable) and confirmation from Shotodol IT. Shotodol IT reserves the right to refuse enrollment or service to any individual if necessary for operational, ethical, or legal reasons.
4. Payments, Fees, and Billing
   Fees for training programs and services will be communicated before confirmation. All payments must be made according to the agreed method and timeline. Any additional requirements, upgrades, or changes may result in extra charges. Shotodol IT is not responsible for bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
   Training fees and service charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Refund eligibility, if provided, depends on the specific program or service agreement. If a course or service is canceled by Shotodol IT for unavoidable reasons, we may offer a reschedule, credit, or refund at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted officially through our support contact details.
6. Training Outcomes and No Guarantee
   Shotodol IT provides training and guidance based on market practices and professional experience. However, we do not guarantee job placement, freelancing success, income generation, business profit, Google ranking, or marketing results. Outcomes depend on individual effort, skills, market conditions, and consistency.
7. Intellectual Property
   All training materials, videos, slides, documents, designs, templates, and content provided by Shotodol IT are the intellectual property of Shotodol IT unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, distribute, sell, reshare, record, upload, or reproduce our content for commercial or public use without written permission.
8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
   You agree not to misuse our services or disrupt our training environment. Prohibited actions include harassment, abusive behavior, spamming, fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, sharing pirated content, or attempting to hack or damage our systems. Shotodol IT may suspend or permanently ban access for violations without refund.
9. Communication and Notices
   We may contact you via phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels for course updates, service notifications, support, or business communication. You agree to receive such communications when you register or engage with us.
10. Service Delivery and Client Responsibilities
    For service-based work such as digital marketing, design, development, or outsourcing projects, clients must provide accurate requirements, necessary files, timely approvals, and content inputs. Delays caused by missing information, late responses, or changes in requirements may affect delivery timelines.
11. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
    Our services or training may involve third-party tools such as Facebook, Google, YouTube, email providers, hosting platforms, or payment gateways. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, policy updates, bans, restrictions, or losses caused by third-party platforms.
12. Limitation of Liability
    Shotodol IT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or training. We are not responsible for business losses, lost profits, ranking fluctuations, ad account restrictions, or outcomes that depend on external platforms and market conditions.

    Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Termination
